PERSONAL STATEMENT

Along with love for spatial design, I have decided to pursue a course in interior design at my post-secondary life. I initially desire to create interesting forms and innovative spaces. During the learning journey, I found that the connection between interior and exterior spaces is very important and that is what my city is lacking. So I have done a research and design project about alleys in Hong Kong aiming to inspire people the potential of abandon spaces in a city. Alley can be a good transitional space to link up interior and exterior spaces. It is a great opportunity to let people reconsider the importance of culture and urban issue in a city.
